BOOK YOUR COURSE

There are two ways you can book your course:

- Book online from here. ¡You will gain 50 “froggypoints” if you choose this option!

- Or book your course completing the registration form. Once you have completed all the details, send us a copy by fax (0034+977 23 45 19) or mail us at reservas@englishsummer.com.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All registration forms will be answered by mail or post following this timing schedule:

- Students who want to return on the same course dates and centre: will be confirmed before the 20th January 2010.

- Students who would like to change dates or centre: will be confirmed from the 1st of February onwards.

- New English Summer students: will be confirmed from the 1st of February onwards.

When the booking proceedings have ended, we will contact all families confirming the chosen centre and dates and also reminding the payment fees. In the event of not choosing the payment by instalments, the deposit must be paid (depending on the cost of the course) within one or two days after confirming booking and the rest must be paid at least 30 days before the course begins. The course will be guaranteed once our confirmation letter or mail is received. Places are limited. If the requested course dates are not available we will offer the possibility of booking a place in a different centre or course. All booking rights are reserved.

PAYMENTS

Full fees are due 4 weeks before the course begins. You have two payment options:

- You pay the deposit to secure your booking and the remainder at least 30 days before the course begins. Payments can be directly charged to you account or by bank transfer to our account (Account number: ES70 -0182-1238-67-0011502348 SWIFT ESMMXXX please quote the STUDENT NAME and COURSE REFERENCE).

- Payment by instalments with discount. We make it easier for you! 5 payments will be charged to your bank account (including booking fee), the payments will be charged on the following dates: 5/02, 5/03, 5/04, 5/05 y 5/06. This form of payment is only valid for those who have booked the course before March.
