Participants will become young entrepreneurs, learning how to transform their ideas into business projects, manage their financial resources, make decisions and face real-world challenges.
BLOCK 1. Awaken Your Entrepreneurial Spirit!
Days 1 and 2 | Entrepreneurship and Innovation
During the first two days, participants will be introduced to the exciting world of entrepreneurship, discovering what it means to be an entrepreneur and how a simple idea can become a real project. We will begin by exploring basic concepts such as what a company is, what it means to be an entrepreneur, what types of businesses exist and how to identify needs and opportunities in our surroundings. From there, the children will form their own entrepreneurial teams and take on the challenge of creating and developing their own business idea, which will be the common thread throughout much of the camp.
What will we work on?
- Introduction to entrepreneurship: what entrepreneurship is, what a company is and the characteristics of an entrepreneurial person. - Creativity and innovation: techniques for generating original ideas, identifying everyday problems and developing solutions.
- Creating a business idea: selecting and developing a realistic, innovative and viable business proposal.
- Canvas Business Model: an age-appropriate adaptation of the Canvas model to define key aspects of their project, such as customer segments, value proposition, resources, costs and revenue streams.
- Marketing and value proposition: how to differentiate their product or service, design their brand, create a name and develop strategies to reach customers.
BLOCK 2. Become a Financial Expert!
Days 3 and 4 | Financial Education
Once participants have created their first business ideas, we will delve into the world of financial education so they can understand how money works and learn to make responsible financial decisions.
Through games, simulations and financial challenges, they will discover key concepts of economics and personal finance, always adapted to their age and linked to real-life situations. They will also learn how to apply this knowledge to their entrepreneurial projects, understanding the importance of planning expenses, managing resources and ensuring their business idea is financially viable.
What will we work on?
- Money and how it works: what money is for, how it is earned, how it circulates and the role it plays in society.
- Income and expenses: identifying different ways of earning and using money, distinguishing between needs and wants.
- Saving and financial planning: the importance of setting goals, creating budgets and managing available resources effectively.
- Investment and risk: what investing means, how investments work and why it is important to assess risks before making decisions.
- Finance for entrepreneurs: calculating costs, setting prices, understanding revenue, profits and business profitability.
All these concepts will be explored through hands-on and experiential games and activities, where participants will manage budgets, make purchases, deal with unexpected situations, decide between saving or investing, and experience the consequences of their financial decisions.
BLOCK 3. From Project to Reality!
Day 5 | Business Challenge, Communication and Final Presentation
Dedicated to putting all acquired knowledge into practice through an experience that combines entrepreneurship, finance, creativity and communication. Participants will tackle a business case inspired by real-life situations, where they must analyse a problem, evaluate different alternatives and make decisions to find the best solution.
This challenge will allow them to experience how entrepreneurs work and how financial knowledge is applied in the business world. Afterwards, they will prepare the final presentation of their own projects.
