How does our client zone work?

If you are already enrolled in one of our camps, you still have one last step to get everything ready and enjoy this experience to the fullest. From now on you must access the Client Area.
 
To enter, use the email address you used to make the booking and the password we gave you in the email with the credentials. If you can't find it, simply click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ and you will be able to reset it through your email.

  • Check-list with everything to bring to summer camp

  • How to get to the camp

  • How does Check-in and Check-out work?

  • Medical Form to fill out

2) Available balance

We do not use cash at the camps. Through the Client Area you can see the Pocket Money € available for each student on their personalised wristband.

By clicking on it, you will be able to see the statement of consumption made at the camp and add credit so that students can use it for drinks at the bar or during excursions.

We recommend paying in around €20 per student per week. The balance will be returned on the last day of the camp.
