We organize children and teenagers by age and level so they can make the most of the camp.

By age:
Groups are structured according to the participant’s age (Kids are from 5 to 12 years old and Teenagers from 13 to 17 years old).

By English level:
English classes are not mixed just by age; each student is grouped according to their language level. We do this through a placement test that we send before the camp starts.

This way, we ensure that each participant learns and has fun in a group suitable for their age and English level.

Registration form: Fill out the form with the participant’s information.

Reservation payment: Make the payment following the instructions (you can do it securely online).

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with all the camp details.

Documentation and preparations: We will send you instructions and documents before the session starts so that everything is ready.

Arrival (check-in):

Check-in takes place on Sunday afternoon, and a specific arrival time will be assigned to you a few days before so that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The staff will welcome you and guide you through the welcome process and room accommodation.

Departure (check-out):

On the last day of the camp, we hold a closing ceremony around 12:00 pm, with diplomas and final activities. We recommend arriving a little earlier (approx. between 11:15 am and 11:30 am) to park and collect your luggage comfortably.

Yes, but it must be authorized in advance by the family.

Authorization is done during registration or by sending an email to the organization with the details of the authorized person (full name, ID or identity document, and relationship to the child).

The counselor will verify this information at the time of pickup to ensure a safe and smooth handover.

Participants are not expected to arrive late or leave before the scheduled activities, to ensure that everyone enjoys the full experience.
In exceptional cases, the team must be informed in advance by sending an email or WhatsApp, and the camp staff will handle the situation.
This allows for schedule coordination, ensures proper supervision, and prevents the student from missing any important activities.

Yes, we offer organized transportation for the camps, departing from various locations in Catalonia (for example, Barcelona Airport, Camp Tarragona Station, and other nearby areas).
The bus is accompanied by our camp staff. This service has an additional cost and must be arranged with the reservations department well in advance to confirm seats and departure points.

Participants stay in shared rooms of 4 to 6 people, grouped by age and gender, with everything needed for their comfort. The counselors stay in the same building, ensuring supervision and support throughout the stay.

Yes! At our camps, rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are thoroughly cleaned every day, and the counselors also do regular checks to ensure everything stays tidy and clean.
Additionally, if the session lasts more than a week, we offer a professional laundry service: dirty clothes are collected several times during the camp and returned clean and folded in bags. You only need to bring labeled clothing and, if possible, mesh bags to make the service easier.

There is no need to bring a sleeping bag or sheets, as the rooms are fully equipped.
You do need to bring a personal towel for the shower and the pool, as well as basic hygiene items.

It is not necessary for participants to bring money, as all activities and meals are included.
If they do bring some money for personal expenses or souvenirs, it is managed by the counselor, who will keep it safe and hand it over to the office to deposit it into the participant’s personal account.

Yes, we have a 24/7 emergency phone available for any situation that requires immediate attention. The contact number is included in the information sheet we provide to families before the camp starts, so they always have it on hand.
