HEALTH

The importance of medical care is constantly emphasised in all aspects of our organisation. Students are covered by insurance in case of accidents, as well as a Civil Liability policy.

Documentation

Several weeks in advance of your arrival date, you will receive by email a form that must be completed in order to check in properly.

This form will include the medical form, the responsible declaration sheets, the vaccination record (with the obligation that they are up to date) and the health card, all of which must be submitted online via the form.

In addition, the day before arrival at the summer camp, the monitor will make a video tutorial call with the family to go over the documentation and discuss any aspects you wish to comment on about your son or daughter.

Nursing service

At the camp we have an infirmary and medical staff trained to manage medical records. It is important to note that medication will not be administered without a prescription from our facilities.

In the event that a student requires specific treatment, it is requested that the necessary medication is provided along with the required doses to ensure the continuity of treatment.

In addition, the medicine leaflet, either with the medical prescription or a certificate, must be enclosed and given to the corresponding monitor.

It is also essential to report any food allergies or intolerances that the pupils may have.

Your Online Paediatrician

The health monitors at our camps will be in direct contact with a paediatrician from 8am to midnight, who can be consulted about the medical care required for a pupil in the event of any mishap and then inform the family themselves.

The paediatrician will draw up a medical report on the case and will send it to us so that the families are aware of everything.

A new way of resolving incidents without having to go to the nearest health centre or hospital if it is not necessary.

PERSONALISED ATTENTION

At English Summer we want our participants to feel at home, enjoying all the activities programmed in complete safety.
In all our summer camps, for every 10-12 students there is a ratio of one English teacher, one room monitor and one MP.
All of them are directed by the management team of each centre. These are people who are always attentive to the needs of the students.
In addition to the individual supervision of each pupil, the monitors are responsible for supervising the pupils during breaks, in the playground, in the dining room, at the swimming pool or on the beach and throughout the night.
