Dear families,

Given the current situation regarding the containment of Covid-19 and in response to the obvious concerns and doubts about reservations in our summer camps, we would like to communicate the following:

Our highest priority is and has always been the safety of our students and staff, therefore, we are closely monitoring the situation and reorganizing our internal structure following the recommendations of the Health Authorities.

All efforts to care for families are being carried out by teleworking. The offices will remain closed, but administration, customer service and management tasks are in full swing. Our academy and our residences will remain closed, as well as the face to face attention in our foreign department. Even so, the department of inquiries and procedures abroad has been strengthened to answer any questions and resolve cases of assistance to students who are currently studying.

For all families who have already reserved their camp for this summer in one of our facilities, we would like to transmit a message of confidence and tranquillity and we would also like to inform you that in the event of having to cancel or delay the dates of the camps by order of the health authorities , we will provide you with the option of changing dates or, the guarantee of the refund of the entire amount paid.

We hope that this situation is resolved before the start of the summer, and would like to inform you that English Summer S.A. is continuing  to plan and organize the summer camps and courses closely following any recommendations and avoid anticipating events until we are fully confident that we can resume as normal. We will keep you informed as the situation progresses and we get closer to summer. We would like to remind you that this summer, the school vacations are 12 weeks long and that our camps cover all dates until the start of the course.
